Job Summary

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you'll be responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. You'll communicate professionally in a conversational manner, utilizing reputed company available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, chat, and email to customers, stores, and associates

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
