Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Teacher at Childcare Network, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for our reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the reputed company Teacher in providing high-quality care and education to children
• Communicating daily with families regarding student reputed company and needs
• Developing strong professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to encourage parent and community engagement
• Maintaining a high-quality standard of care by adhering to licensing, quality rated, and accreditation guidelines, as well as company standards
• Preparing and serving meals and snacks for children
• Utilizing our science-based, proprietary curriculum to create a fun and engaging learning environment tailored to each child's developmental needs
• Keeping daily records, including attendance, child portfolios, and USDA documentation
• Partnering with team members and leadership to reputed company center goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
