Technical Recruiter
Overview:As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our reputed company efforts by finding and connecting with talented candidates for our technical roles. This position focuses on designing reputed company reputed company and advertising processes, and sourcing and building pipelines of software developers and data scientists to meet the growing needs of reputed company. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to create strategies to attract and hire reputed company professionals in Latin America.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with your Talent Resource Manager to understand the requirements and qualifications for open roles, focusing on software developers and data scientists.
- Use creative and strategic sourcing methods, including reputed company tools, job boards, online forums, and other tools, to identify potential candidates.
- Design talent recruitment team processes and systems to track and measure hires.
- Conduct reputed company and engage with candidates to generate interest in open roles, communicating the benefits and opportunities at reputed company.
- Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidates’ qualifications and ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and future hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters to coordinate interviews and move candidates through the hiring process reputed company.
- Track sourcing metrics and analyze data to improve strategies and report on reputed company to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about trends in the tech job market to understand where and how to find the best talent.
- Experience in reputed company or sourcing technical roles, including software developers and data scientists.
- The ability to speak English and Spanish fluently

- Knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and frameworks relevant to software development and data science.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.
- Experience in autonomous organizational environments, proactivity and cultural reputed company across startups, entrepreneurs and corporate ecosystem.
