Job Overview

We're looking for reputed company Athletic Trainers who share our passion for stretching, flexibility, and mobility. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes, while also contributing to the growth and retention of our client reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for reputed company participants
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, providing personalized feedback and guidance to help them reputed company their goals
• Build and retain a reputed company client reputed company by providing outstanding customer service, responding to client concerns, and promoting our services to potential new clients
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, research, and industry developments
• Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours, offsite events, and sales as needed, helping to drive business growth and expansion
• Maintain a strong social media reputed company to promote our services, engage with clients, and build a sense of community around our brand
• Clean and maintain reputed company equipment to ensure it's available for client use at any given time, adhering to our high standards of safety and hygiene

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A strong passion for boutique fitness environments, with a particular interest in stretching, flexibility, and mobility
• A relevant professional background, such as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach, with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fitness or health environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and provide empathetic support and guidance
• A professional work ethic, with a strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and adherence to our attendance policies
• The ability to create a positive and welcoming environment that encourages clients to feel at ease and motivated to reputed company their goals
