Job Overview
We are seeking an reputed company and skilled customer solutions representative to join reputed company on a full-time basis. As a customer solutions representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service over the phone, resolving inquiries, and dispatching calls to technicians. This is a fully remote position, with the exception of training, and offers a flexible schedule of 3:30pm-12:00am, Tuesday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls and follow up with customers as needed
- Handle various customer inquiries and requests reputed company and accurately, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and reputed company jobs, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and productivity

- Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details, fostering collaboration and teamwork

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment
