Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network systems, including reputed company hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including LAN infrastructure, testing, and designing software
• Collaborate with service providers to restore service and minimize business disruption

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, teams, and other support personnel

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a support-reputed company field or network administration

• Basic knowledge of network equipment and software, including switches, routers, and wireless controllers
