Essential Job Functions:

• Provide reputed company and courteous food & beverage service to guests while maximizing sales volume. Must upsell food and beverage items

• Provide superior table service to guests in accordance with established standards

• Ensures customer requests are completed in a courteous manner based on our standards.

• Maintain clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and aesthetic standards

• Interacts verbally with reputed company guests, creating a service oriented and upbeat atmosphere

• Complete reputed company payment transactions according to standard

• Complete reputed company reputed company-work according to standard

• Clean and re-set tables according to standard

• Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired customers.

• Responsible for checking IDs of reputed company guests reputed company in question, and not serving guests with no valid ID.

• Complies with reputed company established F&B standards

• Must be reputed company to suspend service to intoxicated individuals in accordance with Delaware law

• Must have basic knowledge of Beer, Wine and Spirits and be familiar with menu items

• Knowledge of MICROS Helpful, but not required.

• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at reputed company times.

• Must demonstrate the ability to upsell and drive reputed company.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar

• Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound reputed company.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and reputed company behavior

• Flexible working hours

• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching

• Must complete state specific (Delaware) TIPS or Comparable Training
