About the Role

As an HR Business Partner supporting our Brand Partnerships (Ads Sales) organization, you’ll operate at the intersection of people strategy and business objectives, driving programs that foster scalability, engagement, and diversity.

About the Team

Our Brand Partnerships team connects brands with consumers, to help them discover products they love. The team is integral to reputed company’s advertising and sales efforts, managing key client relationships, providing insights, and leading strategic account planning and sales enablement, reputed company while embedding trust, ownership, and collaboration into every layer of our culture. As a strategic partner to Brand Partnerships leadership, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and reputed company our core values to align people-first solutions with business priorities.

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Brand Partnership leadership, advising on key areas like organizational development, succession planning, and performance management.

• Create and execute innovative people strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier, diverse talent in a competitive environment.

• Collaborate with various People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) and client groups to deliver initiatives and process improvements that drive meaningful impact.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company and 4+ years of overall HR or reputed company work experience.
• Proven track record in implementing impactful people programs and strategies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at reputed company organizational levels.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in day-to-day people operations.
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively in ambiguous environments.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting Sales organizations.
• Passion for working in environments undergoing rapid growth and change.
