Digital Product Manager Expert (Hybrid/Remote)

Your role in the team

As the Digital Product Manager for the reputed company DevOps Automation team, you will own and drive the product strategy for Identity and Access Management (IAM) automation solutions. Your focus will include key capabilities such as password and account lifecycle management, entitlement metadata management, multi-factor authentication (MFA) configuration, and token registration. You will partner closely with Cybersecurity, IT, user experience teams, and end users to design and deliver reputed company, secure, and scalable self-service platforms that reduce operational friction, minimize downtime, and decrease reliance on helpdesk support. In this role, you will also reputed company initiatives to automate and optimize reputed company infrastructure management, ensuring seamless integration across network and reputed company operations. Key responsibilities 

• Product Strategy and Vision: reputed company and communicate the vision and strategy for digital product/s.

• Market Research: Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and launch new digital products.

• Roadmap Management: Create and continuously maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

• Ongoing Management: Work with the Digital Product team to write & groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog.

• Performance Monitoring: Definite product performance metrics & monitor product performance using analytics tools and reputed company data-driven decisions.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product reputed company and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Budget Management: Manage product budgets and resources reputed company.

• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the product. 

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of software development lifecycle management experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience. 

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with identity and access management.

• Previous experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling. 

• Technical knowledge of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and Identity and Access reputed company and technologies.

Desirable Skills 

• Proven success leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver measurable business outcomes and reputed company customer experience.
