About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operator I, you'll play a critical role in our production process, operating and monitoring assigned equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and Monitor Equipment: reputed company pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation, and monitor equipment during operation to prevent unplanned stops and ensure quality production.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand on feet for prolonged periods, and climb stairs as needed.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and some holidays as scheduled to support customer demand.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment, with the use of hearing protection.
