Role Overview: Pediatric Occupational Therapist
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Soar Autism Center, you'll play a vital role in our mission to transform autism care. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and execute naturalistic occupational therapy for young children aged 2-6 years in a center-based environment. Your expertise will help enhance clients' gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding abilities, and performance in other daily activities, and you'll collaborate with other clinical domains to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute naturalistic occupational therapy for young children aged 2-6 years in a center-based environment.
- reputed company targeted interventions to enhance clients' gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding abilities, and performance in other daily activities.
- Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical domains (ABA, speech therapy, psychology), including conducting co-treatments with the speech therapy team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding them in integrating OT goals into their therapy sessions and supporting their professional development.
- Regularly monitor client reputed company, revising treatment plans and objectives as needed, and ensuring effective communication with team members and families.

Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a similar field.
