Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our reputed company for high-quality service. This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, aiming to provide overall savings to patients and clients.
- Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications in collaboration with the Specialty Projects Team.

- Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information.

- Identify and escalate routine assessments and problems to a pharmacist as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
- 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another similar application.
