Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Placing outbound calls to potential customers looking to refinance their auto loans
• Taking an active role in educating customers about our products and services
• Answering inbound calls and greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm
• Thriving in a fast-paced, reputed company, and dynamic work environment
• Using a conversation-based approach to uncover customer needs and reputed company solutions
• Guiding customers through the online enrollment process
• Assisting customers with account questions in an energetic and spirited manner
• Performing multiple tasks and navigating multiple systems simultaneously to service the customer's application or troubleshoot their questions and issues

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• At least 1 year of auto finance experience

Work from Home Technology Requirements

* Secure home office environment that's free from background noise and distractions

Compensation and Benefits

* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
