Key Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating reputed company while building rapport with the customer.
• Clarify customer requirements, utilize decision-support tools, and resolve non-standard customer issues that require clarification or conceptual thinking.

Essential Qualifications
