Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer service calls in a reputed company and courteous manner.   • Collect patient payments in accordance with payment due dates and establish payment plans reputed company approved guidelines
  • Complete and mail necessary patient statements and return mail in a timely manner

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 year of experience in customer service and/or call center industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer Service Basics or equivalent training preferred

Work Location and Hours

* Fully remote work environment

  • Must be able to work 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (CST)
  • Successful candidates will pass a background reputed company and drug screen
