Job Overview

In this exciting and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to travel frequently, working on various construction projects in different locations. As a Remote Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing strong on-site leadership, coordinating and supervising construction teams, and ensuring that safety protocols and regulations are adhered to. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Skills: Provide strong on-site leadership, coordinating and supervising construction teams to ensure safety protocols and regulations are adhered to.

Essential Qualifications

  • Hotel or Resort Rehab Experience: Must have experience working on hotel or resort rehabilitation projects, as well as strong FF&E experience (working with the design team).
  • On-Site Construction Leadership: Extensive experience in on-site construction leadership roles, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building code.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different project environments and travel frequently.
  • Construction Management Software: Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office.
