Job Overview

We are offering a $3000 Sign On Bonus for a talented Infant Toddler Pre School Teacher who wants to reputed company a difference in the lives of others. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will provide love and high-quality education to infants and toddlers in an early head start classroom environment, complying with federal performance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, reputed company, and implement daily lesson plans that provide educational and enrichment activities for infants and toddlers
• Arrange classrooms into distinctive learning areas that promote an effective learning environment
• Screen and assess infant and toddler-aged children to determine developmental/educational needs and reputed company individual education plans
• Monitor meal and snack periods, classroom and restroom activities, and playground activities to ensure a safe environment

• Initiate referrals to the appropriate Head Start Teacher and maintain positive caregiver relationships with children

• Plan classroom activities for parent and community volunteers and communicate with parents through conferences, written correspondence, and home visits
• Conduct health checks on children and report any health concerns to the appropriate nurse
• Plan, coordinate, and reputed company field trips and request supplies and equipment for the classroom
• Inspect classrooms and grounds to ensure safety, orderliness, sanitation, and cleanliness
• Discuss plans and coordinate concerns regarding the child and family with other Early Head Start staff

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• A National Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or Florida Child Care Professional Certificate (FCCPC) for Pre-school or Infant/Toddler Endorsement
• One year of experience in teaching Head Start, Early Head Start, pre-school, or kindergarten-aged children
• Working knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for infant/toddler education, behavior modification theories, and reputed company educational techniques
• Ability to resolve conflicts between toddler-aged children, plan and implement infant/toddler education curriculums, and prepare and maintain work-reputed company reports and files
• Ability to handle confidential information, administer CPR and First Aid, and implement safety procedures
• Physical ability to lift at least 45 lbs. and provide physical assistance in the transportation of special needs children

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with infants and toddlers in an early childhood setting
• Knowledge of federal performance standards and Head Start/Early Head Start regulations
• Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish or other languages spoken by the children and families served
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
