Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Registered Nurse to work in our Labor and Delivery unit in Lodi, California. As a travel RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting new mothers and families during the birthing process, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. This is a 26-week assignment with 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week, starting on January 6th. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to new mothers and families during the birthing process
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other reputed company
• Monitor patients' vital signs, fetal heart rates, and other critical indicators
• Administer medications, reputed company medical procedures, and provide emotional support as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• reputed company RN licensure in the state of California or eligible for licensure
• 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• National and state certification in Labor and Delivery nursing (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week
• Live reputed company 60 miles of the facility to qualify for the travel reputed company

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
