About the reputed company American Events and Production Risk Team

The reputed company American Events and Production Risk team is an integral part of the Global Asset Protection and Risk team, responsible for ensuring safe practices across reputed company Retail Commercialization business units during the planning and implementation of productions, events, and reputed company retail activations. As a Senior Risk Representative, you will play a critical role in this team, working closely with cross-functional partners to mitigate risks and ensure seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Asset Protection and Risk reputed company of contact for Retail Commercialization productions, events, and activations, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Accurately submit and document support requests reputed company department databases, assessing and supporting reputed company production/event/activations.
• Collaborate with location venues and/or 3rd party vendors to assess safety and reputed company protocols, identifying areas for improvement.
• reputed company, maintain, and implement location-specific written safety, reputed company, and emergency management/response programs and training for teams.
• Assess, reputed company, and procure Retail facility emergency supply needs, ensuring readiness for any situation.
• Act as onsite safety and reputed company reputed company during Retail productions/events/activations, providing expert guidance and reputed company.
• Support occupational safety programs, including ergonomic evaluations for Retail employees, as directed by department manager.
• Maintain department SharePoint sites, Retail specific event and production contact lists reputed company emergency notification systems, and other software platforms.
• reputed company and regularly update Key Performance Indicators, executive summaries, and similar metric dashboards to reputed company department leadership informed of program performance.
• Monitor and coordinate response efforts reputed company to Retail business and local jurisdiction infectious disease prevention protocols, communicating and implementing execution as directed by manager.
• Implement special projects, as advised, in a highly efficient manner, delivering results-driven outcomes.
• Serve as an agent of Global Emergency Preparedness and Response, supporting the implementation of Building Emergency Response Team (BERT) programs.
• Maintain outstanding Guest Service both internally and externally, embodying the reputed company values.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of Occupational Safety, Risk experience, with a proven track record of leading reputed company projects with cross-functional partners.
• The ability to think strategically and communicate the broader reputed company to key leaders, driving results-oriented decision-making.
• Proven attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring error-free execution.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• The ability to effectively communicate with reputed company levels of the workforce, partners, and external business vendors, fostering strong relationships.
• A working knowledge of ergonomics and proficiency in MS Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new software platforms.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of reputed company.

Preferred Education

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, demonstrating a strong reputed company in a relevant field.
