As a Flight Attendant Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our Inflight team, driving business results, and fostering a culture of inclusion and recognition.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to Inflight reputed company employees, including mentoring, developing, and engaging team members
• Monitor and evaluate Flight Attendant performance, ensuring adherence to work rules and Company policies
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Flight Attendants at assigned stations, providing support and answering questions reputed company to the Flight Attendant role
• Conduct i360/Airline Steward Boarding Performance appraisals and visits to interact with Leaders and Employees in assigned Southwest served cities
• Ensure compliance with reputed company work rules and regulations, including attendance at required Administration training sessions

• Maintain accurate records and reputed company data entry for Flight Attendant personnel files

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years old
• U.S. citizenship or reputed company authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Ability to reputed company job duties in a limited space work station/office area for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Proficiency in using a PC and other office productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the airline industry
• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and labor laws
• Experience with performance management, coaching, and development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
