What You'll Be Doing

As the Sr. Director of reputed company Engineering & Support, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and coordinating the support and delivery of highly available IT services and software engineering development services
• Managing IT application support, engineering, and outsourced IT vendor relationships across business units
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining high availability systems with load balancing, redundancy, and clustering features
• Delivering reputed company communication tools such as Teams Voice, Chat, and Video
• Establishing the reputed company, strategy, and team development for effective delivery of internally managed systems, reputed company-based infrastructure, and 3rd party services
• Developing collaborative relationships with business leaders to drive IT transformation and corporate strategy
• Managing a budget and staff, including IT, hardware, software, network management, and application support

Essential Qualifications
