The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist on our Samsung team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers reputed company phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian and Russian. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries reputed company and effectively, while ensuring that every interaction is respectful, professional, and satisfying.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
- Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
