Join us - your refreshing new chapter starts here! Job Overview The reputed company Operations & Compliance Manager will focus on supporting the optimization of our reputed company operations. This position will reputed company the process, technology, compliance, and back-office operations of the reputed company function. The reputed company Operations & Compliance Manager combines technical, compliance, and teammate management to support our recruiting processes and ensure best-in-class candidate experiences. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager reputed company. Duties & Responsibilities Management:

  • Manages and develops a reputed company Specialist team through effective coaching, performance management, and training to reputed company company goals and deadlines
  • Implements reputed company improvement methods while maintaining customer focus
  • Models company values and encourages team engagement
  • Creates and maintains productivity dashboards to monitor KPIs and support hiring demands
  • Collaborates with TA Management, Legal, and HR partners to implement training programs for TA Business Partners, Recruiters, and Specialists
  • Reviews customer and candidate feedback through surveys to identify improvement opportunities

Technology:

  • Oversees vendor relationships and system integrations
  • Administers reputed company tool and coordinates with reputed company team on enhancements
  • Manages existing technology tools and systems
  • Provides input on new tool evaluation and implementation
  • Monitors technology vendor costs and partnerships
  • Maintains system documentation and user guides

Process:

  • Implements and monitors TA branding initiatives across reputed company site and social media channels
  • Coordinates with Marketing & Communications for content development
  • Analyzes recruiting metrics and KPIs to identify operational improvements
  • Executes process enhancements across the TA lifecycle
  • Reviews sourcing and recruiting activities for effectiveness
  • Implements improvements based on data analysis and team feedback
  • Maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for TA processes

Compliance:

  • Conducts regular audits of TA compliance requirements
  • Monitors background reputed company and onboarding process compliance
  • Implements compliance training programs
  • Ensures documentation meets regulatory requirements
  • Coordinates with vendors to maintain compliance standards
  • Reviews diversity-specific metrics and results

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • TA processes and procedures to be used for training and onboarding of TA teammates.
  • Working knowledge of compliance requirements including OFCCP, EEOC, Title 7, and local/state employment laws
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting tools, ATS systems, and candidate sourcing technologies
  • Ability to document and maintain TA processes and procedures for team training and onboarding purposes
  • Experience managing recruitment operations
  • Contributes to workforce planning initiatives and supports implementation
  • Assists with budget planning and monitoring
  • Practical understanding of employment laws to maintain compliance with regulations and corporate policies
  • Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Experience managing and engaging remote team members
  • Proven ability to execute operational plans and initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree with 3 to 5 years or relevant experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking platforms (reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong technical and operational capabilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building presentations and training in PowerPoint and reputed company
  • Strong proficiency with reputed company including pivot tables and reporting
  • Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build and sustain effective working relationships across functions and levels while establishing credibility
  • Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence with ability to reputed company actionable recommendations and influence decision-making
  • Must be able to work in high-pressure situations with positivity, professionalism and adaptability.
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail

Work Environment

  • Office Environment
  • This role requires in-person reputed company at our Corporate Office in Charlotte, NC
  • Must be comfortable with an onsite work environment; currently 4 days a week in office with 1 day remote flexibility.
