Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, resolving third-party rejects, and answering high-volume customer inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing our pharmacy systems to obtain patient and medication information. Your duties may vary depending on the assigned department, and you will be expected to maintain guideline working procedures and reputed company obligations according to blithequark policies and methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blithequark solution data entry techniques and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Research to obtain missing prescription information and interpret clinical truncations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolve third-party rejects by investigating, gathering information, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual claim requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level PC skills, including the ability to start up and shut down a PC, use a mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access information online.

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification organization.
• Experience providing customer care to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Mid-to-advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
