About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Director of Hub Operations to reputed company reputed company in Illinois, responsible for providing operational training, support, and leadership across the hub. As a key local leader, you'll be accountable for overall resource management and planning, including forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and hiring. This is a critical leadership role that requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as you'll be working closely with various teams, including Customer Operations, Customer Service, and Control Center, as well as our partners who support the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the teams responsible for staffing, budgeting, audits, accounting, capital planning, local corporate real estate, hiring, and other administrative areas reputed company to the hub
• Demonstrates visible leadership through the motivation, coaching, development, and growth of the team in their area of responsibility, including talent and succession planning

Requirements for Success

Essential Qualifications:

• Demonstrates the highest level of ethics and reputed company
• 4 years of leadership experience, including leading teams, managers, and individual contributors
• 4 years of business, operational, and financial experience in capability in assessing business requirements and developing budgets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; Postgraduate education
