The Customer Care Representative I will be the face of blithequark's customer service, providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing customer service to our customers in a call center environment, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

• Proactively serving customers by educating them on products and alternative choices, as well as assisting the Sales Department in placing proactive outgoing service calls.
