About the Role

As a Patient Access Liaison - Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for patients seeking healthcare services reputed company telephone, fax, email, web portal, chat, and electronic medical record systems. You will provide exceptional customer service, reputed company, and support to patients, ensuring a positive experience and adherence to PPGC's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patients with a full range of access to healthcare services reputed company various communication channels
  • Practice a high level of reputed company, active listening, and excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and solutions
  • Schedule appointments, navigate abortion services, and provide clinical research information
  • Document patient communication encounters in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and practice management systems
  • Collaborate with team members to meet assigned goals and objectives
  • Adhere to attendance requirements, work schedule adherence, and call quality goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Experience providing customer service in a customer-facing environment or over the phone
  • Strong computer skills, including typing experience of 30+ wpm, reputed company Outlook emailing, and calendar management
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, speak fluent English, and Spanish preferred
  • Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or healthcare environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and practice management systems
