About the Role

As a Coca Cola Delivery Associate, you will play a critical role in selling and distributing our products on assigned routes while maintaining high-quality customer service and driving sales and volume growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of our products in accounts, merchandising and stocking products according to our standards, and performing daily checks and balances to ensure proper recording of product, cash, and asset activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand the scale of business in assigned accounts by selling products, arranging distribution channels, conducting exhibits, and executing promotional activities
• Deliver products to assigned accounts on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Merchandise and stock products according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards
• Carry out reputed company of Sale advertising transportation, replacement, and maintenance procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-3 years of general work experience
