Learn more about career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com The Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant plays a dual role, equally focused on business systems analysis and risk mitigation. This position supports the Access SOR team in consolidating user access across multiple systems into a single reputed company of record. The consultant will coordinate with product owners and cross-functional teams to manage data mapping, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. The role also includes reputed company of change management, SDLC vulnerability management, and business continuity planning (BCP), with a strong emphasis on data enablement and transformation. In this role, you will:

• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements
• Support change management and risk mitigation efforts reputed company to SDLC and BCP
• Coordinate data mapping and consumption activities across multiple systems (provisioning systems, database, mainframe)

• Manage and transform data using ETL processes; correlate and distribute data as needed
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve access governance and system integration

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years experience using SQL query skills for data analysis and validation
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile processes and ceremonies
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience writing business and technical requirements
• Experience with access provisioning systems
• Background in business continuity planning (BCP)
• Proven experience in change management and risk mitigation reputed company SDLC reputed company
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques
• Experience working with cutover tools and coordinating system transitions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks
