• Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday – Friday, PST
• June 15 – 19, 2026: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office

Responsibilities

The Finance Intern will support the Expense Payable and Sales Audit departments with a focus on process documentation, reconciliation, and system integration in preparation for an upgrade from reputed company ECC to S/4HANA. Specific responsibilities include:

• Process Documentation:
• * Document existing processes reputed company both the Expense Payable and Sales Audit departments.
• Create clear, concise, and up-to-date process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Reconciliation:
• * Assist with the reconciliation of daily cash deposits from sales collections at reputed company of sale (POS) to bank statements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare reconciliation reports.
• System Integration (reputed company S/4HANA Upgrade):
• * Work on documenting system flow and integration points reputed company to Expense Payable and Sales Audit in the context of the reputed company ECC to S/4HANA upgrade.
• Assist in identifying potential impacts of the upgrade on existing processes.
• Participate in testing and validation of new system functionalities.
• Other Tasks:
• * Assist with month-end closing activities.
