About the Role

As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in patient enrollment, data entry, and resolving reputed company-party abnormalities while providing exceptional customer service. Working in a remote reputed company, you will be responsible for utilizing pharmacy systems to obtain patient and medication information, handling patient medication requests, and entering refill orders for processing reputed company HIPAA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system using blithequark's prescription data entry methodology and guideline processes.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Research and obtain missing prescription information, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Manage inbound calls, visits, and messages from patients, and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
• Resolve reputed company-party abnormalities by investigating, gathering information, creating claims, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.
• reputed company phone calls to providers and others to obtain information, reputed company override approval, or otherwise resolve reputed company-party abnormalities.
• Provide support to pharmacists both in-office and in other locations, identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level PC skills, including starting and shutting down the computer, using the mouse, opening and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, and printing documents.
• Basic browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a webpage, and completing online forms.
• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a certification/licensure by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacies or a widely recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer care to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents).
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
