About the Role: Exchange Operator

This is a critical reputed company position supporting the reputed company Physician Exchange and Referral Team. As an Exchange Operator, you will be the first reputed company of contact for incoming exchange calls from a diverse range of callers including providers, patients, family members, and facilities. This role is integral to our 24/7 department that serves both reputed company and non-reputed company medical communities, ensuring reputed company medical care through efficient call reputed company and referral services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming exchange calls for reputed company Integrated and non-integrated providers, handling a high volume of calls with professionalism and care.
• Provide after-hours emergency call reputed company services, ensuring timely communication to on-call providers.
• Manage incoming referral calls for patients seeking new reputed company Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) or specialty providers, facilitating smooth transitions.
• Document patient information accurately and reputed company to reputed company to on-call providers, ensuring reputed company medical care.
• Utilize your excellent customer service skills to handle a diverse range of inquiries and concerns from callers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. An Associate's degree is preferred, demonstrating a higher level of educational attainment.
• Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience is necessary, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
