Position Overview

The Festival Coordinator, Publishing Database, will play a crucial role in coordinating the workflow of information for digital and print Festival publications. This temporary position will work full-time from November 13, 2024, through January 31, 2025, and will require flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet key deadlines and respond to on-call needs as assigned. As a fully remote position, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from reputed company, using digital tools and platforms to collaborate with the team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering, trafficking, and auditing information for print and digital publications of the reputed company, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Entering information into the database in accordance with detailed standards, maintaining data reputed company and consistency.
  • Communicating with interdepartmental stakeholders about database updates in a timely manner, assisting with troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proofreading and editing various publications and documents, ensuring that final publications match the database exactly and adhere to Institute house style.
  • Exporting reports from the database as needed, providing insights and data to support Festival planning and operations.
  • Collaborating with the Festival Manager, Editing, Editors, and year-round Institute staff to support other tasks reputed company to the publishing process, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • 2 years of experience with databases, data entry, publications, proofreading, project management, or reputed company fields, demonstrating a strong foundation in information management and coordination.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people, including stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information, ensuring discretion and professionalism in reputed company interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to audit work to avoid mistakes and reputed company tasks accurately, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and quality control.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with copyediting and familiarity with reputed company Stylebook, ensuring consistency and accuracy in written communications.
