About the Role

As a Healthcare Agent – Pet Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch customer service and support to pet owners who are interested in learning more about our pet insurance policies. You'll utilize your excellent communication skills, consultative approach, and knowledge of the insurance industry to effectively probe, identify, recommend, and enroll customers in our pet insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications
