Job Summary

As a Home Delivery Pharmacy Technician - Remote in IA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, while working independently in a remote setting. You will shadow and learn from reputed company technicians to demonstrate what "right" looks like in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include customer onboarding, prescription requests, entry and billing of orders, and assisting with operations support, training, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding: Welcome new patients and provide them with a seamless onboarding experience.
• Prescription Requests: Process prescription requests, including data entry, billing, and submission to fulfillment for delivery.
• Operations Support: Assist with operations support, training, and process improvements to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Contribute to updating SOPs and team content to ensure that reputed company processes are reputed company and compliant.
• Pharmacy Orders: Create and reputed company pharmacy orders through receipt, review, and verification of members'/patients' prescriptions.

Requirements and Qualifications
