The Role: HR Decision Science Engineer - Remote

As an HR Decision Science Engineer - Remote, you'll play a critical role in shaping our People Insights function. Your expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and analytics will help us maximize our investment in employees through reputed company models, data, and engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Applied Knowledge in ML Development: Applied knowledge in ML development workflow and algorithms, including choosing/developing ML algorithms, hyper-parameters, tuning, understanding bias and variance, model monitoring, and deploying ML models.
• Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in R/Python and SQL.
• Cloud Experience: Experience in building solutions on the cloud using AWS or reputed company Cloud.
• Data Visualization and Presentation: Proficiency in data visualization/presentation skills, including the ability to simplify ML outputs, statistical concepts into simple and actionable insights.
• Consulting and Communication: Ability to consult with non-technical teams and convert that to technical requirements.
