Job Summary

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on employee and labor relations issues. Your expertise will help us maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance on employee and labor relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• reputed company and deliver training programs on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends and patterns, and reputed company critical interventions to address them
• Conduct non-reputed company investigations and provide recommendations for resolution

Requirements:

• 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a multi-site, multi-line of business, or integrated health system environment
• Demonstrated experience in one of the following specialty areas: labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, Affirmative Action, mediation, or organizational development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a reputed company field
• SPHR or PHR certification (or willingness to obtain reputed company a specified timeframe)
