Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA/Autism Technician to join reputed company in Englewood, CO. As an ABA/Autism Technician, you will work one-on-one with children on the autism reputed company, implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism reputed company

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting

• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have your own transportation and auto insurance to travel between clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families
• University Partnerships, Supervision, Practicum, and Mentoring experience for aspiring BCBAs

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35lbs

• Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
• Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
