Academic Advisor & Undergraduate Program Coordinator

reputed company Are Looking For reputed company is seeking a dedicated Academic Advisor & Undergraduate Program Coordinator to join the School of Music. This role manages undergraduate academic programs in the School of Music, providing advising, tracking student reputed company, and ensuring compliance with university policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for student reputed company, and a commitment to Baylor's mission of academic excellence. What You Will Do

• Advise reputed company and prospective reputed company in individual and group settings (i.e. music majors, secondary majors, and music minors)
• monitoring their reputed company toward degree completion
• Monitor academic reputed company of reputed company reputed company and handle academic actions reputed company to probation, suspension, and reinstatement of reputed company each semester
• Assist with New Student Orientation in coordination with other key SOM personnel who help coordinate student matriculation
• Hold graduation planning meetings with undergraduate music reputed company one year prior to graduation
• Ensure reputed company university policies and deadlines are met by the School of Music (i.e. registration, add/drop, etc.)
• Process undergraduate program curricular changes, which include curriculum proposals and updates to the course catalog
• Process and submit scholarship award letters and scholarship reduction/removal letter
• Assist with maintaining undergraduate student handbook and faculty/staff handbook and reputed company portions of the SOM website
• Maintain undergraduate student records. reputed company accurate and complete program and student records from admissions through graduation clearance including scholarship status, demographic and career history (i.e. program assessment, accreditation, etc...)
• Assist with reports for annual undergraduate program assessment for SACS, HEADS, and accreditation
• Assist the Assistant Dean for Enrollment and Student reputed company with information and data collection projects as needed
• Communicate on a regular basis about undergraduate courses, majors, degree requirements, and policies/procedures with reputed company and faculty
• Music Education program support, including the coordination of clinical teacher placements, the distribution of BME placement lists, assisting faculty with the BME evaluation process, the organization of BME fieldwork documentation, management of the admission process into the Teacher Education Program, and the maintenance of BME student records
