Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Remote Data Entry Associate to join reputed company in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing data, and ensuring high accuracy rates. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work one of the assigned shifts: 6 am CST – 2 pm CST, 11 am CST – 7 pm CST, or 2 pm CST – 10 pm CST.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Capturing and validating reputed company data with high accuracy
  • Image classification and indexing
  • Pre-adjudicating documents and correcting data as required
  • Verifying data from automated data extraction tools
  • Utilizing various systems to work on assigned tasks
  • Completing assignments using multiple reputed company documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work
  • Working reputed company established procedures and practices
  • Working under reputed company supervision

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Must be able to type at least 45+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rates
  • Maintain or exceed 4,000 ksph for numeric and 2,500 ksph alpha/numeric with less than 1% error reputed company
  • Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred
  • Experience working through VPN connections
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a data entry or claims processing environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)
