The specialist will provide pharmacy services with a focus on safety, efficacy, and positive outcomes. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree
• PGY1 Residency Training OR 3 years of applicable experience
• Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist or eligible for licensure

Preferred Qualifications:

• PharmD
• Board-certified in the applicable area
• 5 years of applicable experience
