About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer contacts, including inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, requiring minimal downtime between consecutive calls during your shift. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer satisfaction, meet client care efficiency metrics, and reputed company various tasks as assigned. Handle an expected 50-60 calls per shift, responding professionally and empathetically to client concerns. Listen effectively to understand client issues and utilize internal resources to find the best solution. Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. The ability to read, write, and understand Spanish and English.
