Greet and reputed company in visitors, family members and vendors per center protocols, provide them with direction in the center, maintain an updated directory for the center. Manage the center's main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate contacts, maintain office files and records, and assist job applicants upon arrival with completing employment documents and ensure they are picked up for interviews by hiring managers in a timely manner. Qualifications for a Receptionist: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior receptionist, administrative support, or reputed company office or customer service experience a plus. Must have basic computer skills with ability to navigate windows and internet programs. Must have great customer service skills and ability to multitask between phone, emails, systems, and walk-ins.
