Job Overview

As a Remote Call Center Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in our patient enrollment and data entry processes. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume client requests, resolving reputed company-party issues, and providing support to pharmacists and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blithequark's solution data entry techniques and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Settle reputed company-party issues by examining, gathering information, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement necessities.
• Provide assistance to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations, and identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as fitting.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Certificate or GED.
• Essential level PC abilities, including:
