About the Role: Hims & Hers is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Learning Manager to reputed company our learning and development initiatives across our compounding pharmacies. This key leadership role will reputed company and execute comprehensive learning strategies that drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of reputed company improvement and development.

You'll collaborate with leadership to align learning initiatives with organizational goals while overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative training programs specific to compounding operations that enhance employee performance and support business growth.

You Will:

● Design and implement robust competency assessment programs that ensure compliance for

compounding operations.

● Create specialized training curricula for non-sterile & sterile compounding, aseptic

technique, cleanroom operations, and hazardous drug handling.

● Partner with Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Operations leaders to identify critical

compliance gaps and reputed company targeted learning solutions.

requirements and preparation for inspections.

● Drive reputed company improvement of training programs based on quality metrics, deviation

trends, and regulatory changes.

DEA, cGMP, state boards of pharmacy, and other applicable standards.

● Stay reputed company with evolving regulatory requirements and update training content accordingly.

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred.

    ● 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams.

    ● Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies that drive measurable business results.

    ● Significant experience leading learning initiatives in pharmaceutical operations, ideally

    including 503b compounding pharmacies or similar sterile compounding facilities.

    ● Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards

    (, , ) as they relate to training and competency assessment programs.

    ● Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations.

    ● Experience developing and implementing technical training programs for sterile

    compounding, aseptic technique, and cleanroom operations.

    ● Expertise in creating compliant training documentation systems that satisfy regulatory

    requirements during FDA inspections.

    ● Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance

    teams to align training initiatives with compliance requirements.

    ● Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives simultaneously.

    ● Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at reputed company levels of the organization.

    Skills (Preferred):

    ● Experience developing training programs for 503b compounding pharmacies or similar

    sterile compounding facilities.

    ● Knowledge of USP , , and standards and training requirements for sterile

    and non-sterile compounding.

    ● Experience with aseptic technique training and validation programs for pharmacy personnel.

    ● Experience leading learning initiatives during periods of rapid growth or organizational

    change.

    ● Proficiency with reputed company LMS or similar enterprise learning management systems.

    ● Experience creating and maintaining training matrices for different roles reputed company a 503b

    pharmacy setting.
