Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding insurance products and services
- Manage outbound follow-up calls to customers
- Provide basic policy information to customers
- Transfer calls to the correct team reputed company escalation is required

Work Environment and Company Culture
As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from home up to 30 hours per week, with scheduled shifts starting at 10AM or noon, Monday through Friday. To ensure seamless operations, you must have:
