Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support functions, including phone-based customer support, computer-based order processing, and resolving customer queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer database and history records, ensuring up-to-date information and effective communication.
• Produce reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs, resolve issues, and drive sales growth.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
