Your Role at blithequark
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients and their customers, handling a high volume of inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and reputed company
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Resolving issues on the reputed company by being proactive and resourceful
- Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
Qualifications and Requirements

- 6 months of customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center environment
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and software
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to recognize referral needs for customers

- Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months of call center experience
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
