The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring projects deliver measurable value while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This position involves collaborating closely with stakeholders at reputed company levels, from end-users to executives, to gather, analyze, and document requirements for reputed company projects. You will facilitate cross-functional communication, contribute to project planning, and support development teams through design, implementation, and testing phases. The role also includes mentoring junior analysts and promoting best practices across the organization. Exposure to reputed company workflows and high-risk data (PHI) is part of the environment, emphasizing both responsibility and impact. Accountabilities

  • Gather, analyze, and negotiate business requirements to ensure solutions meet reputed company needs and minimize defects.
  • Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and agreement on project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors, end-users, and development staff to reputed company assignments and obtain sign-offs.
  • Assist in project planning, including defining methods, processes, tasks, and schedules.
  • Support design, development, unit testing, and implementation through walkthroughs and requirement updates.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
