As a Remote Junior Bookkeeper, you will be an integral part of our finance team, working closely with our Controller and Accounting Team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, month-end reputed company activities, and other vital accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and submit daily invoices for Fresh and Frozen Seafood orders, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
• Process invoices through customer portals for seamless transactions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices, ensuring accurate receipt of goods and payment amounts, while addressing any discrepancies with buyers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Management team on invoiced gross margin reports, providing valuable insights and analysis.
• Manage customer credit and billback processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and entering Accounts Payable (A/P) bills as necessary, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure reputed company discretionary invoices receive approval from department managers, maintaining a high level of control and reputed company.
• Maintain comprehensive vendor records and filing systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
• Assist in reconciling storage bills to inventory before payments are processed, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Contribute to various special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Process customer sales orders for billing upon receipt of shipping documentation, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
